The Shed
Based in the heart of Old Broome, KAN’s Shed houses our office, and it’s also a vibrant and active art space for the community.
At the Shed you’ll find a range of different arts activities and workshops across the year; check out our Calendar to discover what’s on.
The Shed is also available for hire as an arts workshop venue, rehearsal rooms or other creative enterprise.
The Shed can support independent arts projects run by you, or you can work with KAN to develop engaging, fun and enlivening arts focussed activities or programs for your target group or the wider community.

Hire Rates
Our versatile studio space is a vibrant hub of arts activity. The studio is available for hire for one-off events, workshops or regular usage by local groups and community members.
Community Use:
A collective or group using it for themselves
Not for Profit:
No fee charged to other venue users.
Corporate or commercial:
Fee charged to participants or other venue users.
Facilitated workshops
KAN can help you develop facilitated art workshops that are tailored to your participants’ skills and interests.
KAN can organise a professional art facilitator and materials for workshops that last anywhere between 1 hour or a full day and deliver a fun and enlivening creative experience.
Talk to KAN about art events or developing a series that supports growth in skills and engagement.
The Garden
The Garden can also be hired for outside activities. Please contact admin@kimberleyartsnewtork.com.au
to enquire about the use of the garden space.
